Free Cycle Rider Safety Training Program (CRSTP) classes are offered for beginning and experienced riders at more than 50 locations throughout Illinois. These courses are supported by Public Act 82-649, the Cycle Rider Safety Training Act, and are administered through the Illinois Department of Transportation, Division of Traffic Safety and four major educational institutions.

This University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign site provides information for CRSTP courses throughout region C on the map to the right. For information on courses in regions A, B, or D, contact the Regional Training Center for that area.

You must be an Illinois resident to register. Students attending Illinois schools, military personnel (and their families) stationed in Illinois are considered Illinois residents for the purposes of enrolling in these classes.
